Give Back Beauty Launches Ambitious Plans for Britney Spears Fragrances

Give Back Beauty has taken over the management of Britney Spears' fragrance line from Revlon, aiming for growth and new product launches starting in 2026.

In a noteworthy development, Give Back Beauty has landed a new licensing deal for the iconic fragrance collection of pop superstar Britney Spears, which was previously managed by Revlon. This transition is a clear indication of Give Back Beauty’s ambitions to expand the brand’s reach across global markets.

New Management and Future Plans

Beginning January 1, 2025, this Italian beauty powerhouse will officially oversee all facets of Spears’ fragrance line. This means they will handle everything from product creation and development to marketing and international distribution.

Currently, the fragrance portfolio includes popular scents such as Curious, Fantasy, Prerogative, and Circus. Give Back Beauty has ambitious plans to revamp these beloved fragrances and introduce fresh new products, with the first new release anticipated for 2026.

Transition from Revlon

This change follows a legal agreement that effectively ends the previous collaboration between Revlon, particularly its subsidiary Elizabeth Arden, which has been responsible for managing Spears’ fragrance line since its launch in 2004. After a legal dispute emerged in August 2023, Revlon has transferred specific intellectual property rights to Give Back Beauty, facilitating this significant transition.

Corrado Brondi, the founder and Chairman of Give Back Beauty, expressed his optimism about taking the brand to new heights. He emphasized their dedication to innovation and expansion, all while staying true to Britney Spears’ artistic vision. The company’s strategy for 2025 includes several initiatives aimed at driving sustainable growth across various market channels.

Britney Spears’ Involvement

Britney Spears herself has welcomed this new partnership, highlighting how her fragrance line serves as a special bond with her fans. She is excited to collaborate with Give Back Beauty, appreciating their strong ethical foundation and commitment to social responsibility.

In addition to the Spears line, Give Back Beauty is also broadening its fragrance portfolio through the acquisition of AB Parfums. The company has established partnerships with various brands, including Tommy Hilfiger and Mercedes-Benz, strengthening its position within the beauty industry.
