Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental United States. Express shipping (1-2 business days) is available for an additional fee. International shipping times vary by location, generally ranging from 7-14 business days.

Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by location. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes that may apply.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $50. For orders under $50, standard shipping is $5.99. Express shipping starts at $12.99. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
What is your return policy?
We accept returns of unused, unopened products within 30 days of purchase. Products must be in their original packaging with all seals intact. Unfortunately, for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on products that have been opened or used.

Do you offer refunds for consultations?
If you need to cancel a consultation, you must do so at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund. Consultations canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows are not eligible for refunds.
What if my product arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the damaged items. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund right away.

Can I request a specific consultant?
Yes, you can request a specific consultant when booking your appointment. If they’re available during your requested time slot, we’ll match you with them.
What if I’m not satisfied with my consultation?
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your consultation, please let us know within 48 hours, and we’ll offer you a complimentary follow-up session or a credit toward future services.
