Experience and Track Record

Having joined L’Oréal USA in 2001, Goldstein boasts a robust history within the company, having held various leadership roles across iconic brands like L’Oréal Paris, Maybelline, and Garnier. Most recently, she was the U.S. President of L’Oréal Paris, the flagship brand of the company. Her earlier stint at Maybelline was pivotal in revitalizing its position as a top makeup brand in the United States. Similarly, during her time at Garnier, she played a crucial role in the successful launch of popular products such as Whole Blends and Micellar Water, both of which have become staples for the brand. Prior to her current role, Goldstein served as Senior Vice President of Strategy & Business Development for the Consumer Products Division, focusing on growth opportunities that included potential acquisitions and shaping the division’s expansion in the U.S.
